A 1991 graduate from The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine, came to work at Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital in June 1991. She is one of the three owners of the hospital. She is an active board member of the Kanawha Obedience Training Club (KOTC). She shares her life with her dogs; Chanae, Brenna, Breeze, and Murdock. She also has a sweet horse named Roo. Dr. Armentrout excels in soft tissue surgery, endoscopy, and acupuncture.
Dr. McNeel received his DVM from the University of Georgia in 1985. He began working at Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital in March 1993. He is one of the three owners of the hospital. He lives in Winfield with his wife. They have two dogs; Bear, and Stone, and two cats; Rocky and Crusty. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, gardening, and hiking. Dr. McNeel excels in orthopedics, such as the TTA, and soft tissue surgeries.
She began working at Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital in July of 1995 after graduating from Ohio State University with her DVM. Dr. Starcher is one of the three owners of the hospital. She lives in Cross Lanes with her husband and their three sons. They share their lives with their dog Bella, and cat Spot. She enjoys spending time with her children and photography. Dr. Starcher excels in ultrasound, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine.
Dr. Dascoli received her DVM from Tuskegee University in 1998 and began working at Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital in June of that year. She and her husband live in Charleston with their two daughters. They share their lives with their dogs Choco and Jewels, and their four cats. In her spare time, she enjoys ballet, spending time with her kids, and cooking. Dr. Dascoli excels in dentistry, preventive medicine, and internal medicine.
Dr. Leadmon received her DVM from the University of Georgia in 1992. She began working at Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital on July 5, 2000. She lives in Hurricane with her husband and their two children. They share their lives with four dogs, Evee, Molly, Max, and Murphy. In her free time, she loves to shop and enjoys spending time with her children. Dr. Leadmon excels in dermatology, internal medicine, and infectious diseases.
Dr. Smith received her DVM from Auburn University and joined Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital in June 2004. She lives in Charleston with her husband and their two children. They share their lives with their three cats; Lily, Scratch, and Aubie. They also have two dogs; Derby and Julep. In her free time, she likes to read, cook, and spend time with her family. Dr. Smith performs ultrasounds, endoscopy, and soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Warner is a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University. He joined us in October 2013. A West Virginia native, he is currently living in Charleston with his two dogs, Peg and Francis; five cats, Ed, Stretch, Bimmer, PP, and Kiki; and a bird named Paco. In his free time, Dr. Warner enjoys home remodeling, restoring vintage cars, and riding motorcycles. Dr. Warner has interests in orthopedic surgery and dentistry.
Tony joined our team at Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital in 2002. He currently works as a veterinary assistant in surgery. He lives in Dunbar with his wife Sherrie and son Landon. He has two dogs (Niko and Aven) and one cat (Pecia). He enjoys hiking, traveling, and sports.
Andrea has been at Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital since August 2003, and is currently one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians. She graduated from Carver Career Center Veterinary Technician program in 2010. She currently lives in Sissonville with her husband and their son and their dog, Sadie. In Andrea's free time you can usually find her hanging out in the barn riding her horses, Champ & Diamond.
