In our 39 years of having pets, we have never been to a veterinary clinic that exhibited as high a level of professionalism and care as Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital (CLVH). No matter what the case, whether a simple wellness check or a major surgery or cancer treatment, our pet and ourselves were treated with the utmost compassion by all the doctors and staff. While taking a pet to the vet is not something one looks forward to, CLVH goes above and beyond in trying to reduce the stress of a visit on the pet and owner. The friendliness and caring attitude of all the staff, from the front desk receptionist to the room attendants, is instrumental in reducing this stress. Since becoming clients of CLVH in 2004 we know our pets have received the highest level of medical care.

We have been coming to CLVH for 20 years. Your entire staff has always been very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Many times your staff and doctors have gone out of their way to help us during emergencies. They have celebrated and cried with us and have become part of our family. We love all you do. Thank you.

When I think about Cross Lanes, I think of the love they give our dogs. We have been here approximately 25 year and we would never go anywhere else! We have had Dr. Armentrout since my first dog who was a true challenge! Now we have four wonderful cavaliers who all love her. They love coming here! They are so excited to get in the car, and they can't wait to have their turn with Delane. We highly recommend CLVH- all vets are great! Trust me, we have seen them all, and they are each wonderful in their own way! The staff is wonderful too!
